Most orders arrive sooner.
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, it will ship only once the stated availability date has been reached.
Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees required by their government for delivery.

These charges are not included in either standard or express shipping.

Lost, Missing, or Returned Packages

An order will be considered lost or stolen if not received within 45 days of shipping. Please contact us at info@lens2me.com for assistance.

Free standard shipping is sent via local post. If marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office. For express shipments (Aramex or FedEx), please reach out directly to the carrier.

If your tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, email us so we can investigate.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Packages that are unclaimed or refused

If a package is returned to us for these reasons, no refund will be issued. Customers who wish to attempt redelivery must provide a correct address and cover the re-shipping fee.
