We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times depend on your location, chosen shipping service, and our partners’ schedules.

Fast international delivery from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post. Trusted by thousands in the UAE

  • UAE: 5–7 business days (Standard Shipping with Tracking)

Most orders arrive sooner.

Processing time: 24-48 hours.

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, it will ship only once the stated availability date has been reached.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is provided for orders over AED250.

Any purchases of AED 249 or below will incur a AED 29 Shipping fee.

Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong distribution centre with delivery to the UAE in 5–8 business days. Shipping is free, however Emirates Post may apply a small local handling or customs fee (AED 20–30) on arrival, which is collected directly by them.

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or additional fees required by their government or local post office for delivery.

  • These charges are not included in either free, standard or express shipping.

  • While Lens2Me strives to ensure a smooth shipping experience, unfortunately customs processes and postal systems are outside of our control.

Lost, Missing, or Returned Packages

  • An order will be considered lost or stolen if not received within 45 days of shipping. Please contact us at info@lens2me.com for assistance.

  • Free standard shipping is sent via local post. If marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office. For express shipments (Aramex or FedEx), please reach out directly to the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, email us so we can investigate.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

    • Packages that are unclaimed or refused

  • If a package is returned to us for these reasons, no refund will be issued. Customers who wish to attempt redelivery must provide a correct address and cover the re-shipping fee.
